Writing Guidelines
We maintain high standards to protect our readers' trust. Please review these requirements before submitting:
- Minimum 1,200 words — thorough coverage of the topic is expected
- 100% original content — not published anywhere else, including your own site
- Research-backed — include links to credible sources (scientific journals, reputable institutions)
- Written in clear, accessible English — no unnecessary jargon, technical terms explained
- Structured with proper headings (H2, H3) and short paragraphs for readability
- Include a compelling introduction that hooks the reader within the first paragraph
- Submit in Google Docs or Word format with suggested title and meta description
- Include a short author bio (2–3 sentences) and your preferred author link
What We Don't Accept
- Promotional or advertorial content disguised as editorial articles
- Content already published elsewhere (including AI-generated content without expert editing)
- Articles that are primarily link-building exercises with thin content
- Misinformation, pseudoscience, or claims not supported by credible evidence
- Controversial political content or opinion pieces not grounded in research
- Articles under 1,200 words that don't adequately cover the topic
How to Submit Your Pitch
We review pitches first before asking for full articles. This saves everyone time. Here's the process:
Send Your Pitch
Email admin@curiosityexplain.com with subject line: "Guest Post Pitch — [Your Topic]". Include your proposed title, a 2–3 sentence summary of the article, your target category, and a link to a previous writing sample.
Wait for Approval
We review all pitches within 48 business hours. We'll reply with approval, a request for changes to the pitch, or a polite decline with feedback.
Write Your Article
Once your pitch is approved, write the full article following our guidelines above. Submit the completed draft via Google Docs shared to admin@curiosityexplain.com.
Editorial Review
Our editorial team reviews the submission. We may request revisions for clarity, accuracy, or structure. We don't change your core message or voice.
Published + Paid
Once approved, your article is scheduled for publication. Payment is processed after the article goes live. You'll receive a link to your published piece.
